Prototype privacy note

Privacy

This is a working prototype. The scanner, AI Opportunity Brief form, analyst drafts, report library and pain-point database currently store generated submissions locally in your browser only, using localStorage. They do not send entries to a server, CRM or third-party service unless you choose to send an email or connect a live backend.

What the prototype stores locally

Depending on the page used, local records may include name, email, business name, website, business type, team size, selected pain point, current tools, estimated hours, risk tolerance, generated recommendation, analyst transcript, draft brief, review edits and pain-point records.

What not to enter

Do not enter sensitive personal, financial, legal, HR, customer or candidate data into the prototype. Use business-level descriptions only until a production data policy and approved storage are in place.

How to clear local data

Open the local scanner dashboard or report library and use the clear button, or clear site data in your browser.

Future production version

A production version should include a formal privacy policy, data controller details, retention period, lawful basis, processor list and data subject rights.
