This page is draft working copy for the prototype. It should be reviewed properly before taking payments.

Subscription model

Clients subscribe to a plan and submit requests through a Leap Board. Requests are worked through according to the active request limit on the plan.

Unlimited requests

Unlimited means unlimited backlog, not unlimited simultaneous work. Requests expected to take more than 5 working days may be broken into smaller requests or scoped separately.

Refund policy

Try the service for 7 days. If no request has been completed and the service is not the right fit, the client can request a 75% refund. Completed work is non-refundable. Future billing can be paused or cancelled.
